Sending the booking request
Once the accommodation has been identified, click on the "Booking request" button. On the next page select the dates of interest and the number of people. If the accommodation is available, the available services will be shown, such as, for example, the beach towels. In the same section there will be the mandatory items, Security Deposit and Administrative Fee.
In "Price Summary" section you will see a summary of the booking data.
Complete the "Your Details" form with your data (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk) and press the "Review booking request" button..
If the data has been entered correctly, the summary page of your request will open.
If you need to make a change, by clicking on the "Amend Reservation" button you can return to the previous page.
In order to send the request, you will need to click on the check box at the bottom of the page, after reading the document accessible through the link "Policies & disclaimers".
Click on the "Confirm booking" request button to send the request.
In a short time, you will receive an e-mail, confirming receipt of the booking request with a summary of the information.
At the same time you will also receive an email with the data to login into your account to check the status of the request.
If you don't see the e-mails in your inbox, check the SPAM box.
In a short time JDH will check the availability of the accommodation and confirm or reject the request.
If the accommodation is available, you will receive an e-mail with a summary of the booking and a link to click to pay the deposit. The only type of payment accepted is by credit card.
In order to make the payment, you will need to click on the check box at the bottom of the page, after reading the document accessible through the link "Policies & disclaimers".
By clicking the "Confirm Booking" button, a page will open where you can enter your credit card details for the payment of the deposit or balance if the arrival date is less than 60 days from the date of booking.
After making the payment, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail, confirming the booking and the amount of any outstanding balance to be paid.
Outstanding balance payment
To make the payment you will need to enter the JDH website and access your user profile using the username and password that we sent you by e-mail when you made the request.
Access the Properties page. Below the search section you will see an "Account Details" button. Click the button and, from the list, select "Show My Invoices".
Identify the invoice associated with your booking and click the "View" button.
At the bottom of the page, you will see a green button. By clicking on the button, the page will open to make the payment by credit card.
We recommend that you pay the deposit as soon as you receive the email with the payment link. You will have 24 hours before receiving the payment reminder and after 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system.
No, the deposit is non-refundable
A week before the final payment deadline, you will receive an e-mail that remind you of the outstanding balance payment.
If you decide to ignore the balance payment request, the reservation will be canceled and you will lose the deposit paid.
Usually the security deposit will be returned within 7 working days.
Registration AND user profile
No, registration will take place automatically when you send your first booking request. You will receive an email with username and password to access your profile.. If you don't find the email in your inbox, make sure it's not in the SPAM folder.
From your user profile you will be able to see your reservations, payments and your data. For future bookings you no longer have to enter your data because the form will be automatically filled with the data used in previous bookings
Most private air-conditioned apartments use a meter that regulates their use. In order to use the air conditioning it will be necessary to insert one or more 1 euro coins into the counter. Generally, 1 euro corresponds to 1.5 hours of air conditioning. The counter allows you to stop and reactivate the countdown whenever it is deemed necessary. In the apartment you will find detailed instructions on how to use it.
Yes, all the apartments have linen and towels.
Yes, upon your arrival you will find a bottle of water and a roll of toilet paper.
In the menu of the website, you will find the item "Directions". On the page that opens you will meet the directions and a link to click to open Google Maps.
Alternatively, the page of each property contains a QR code that can be used to automatically open Google Maps and be guided by the navigator.
