The complex of Terrazas De La Paz is conveniently located about 5 Mins walk from San Blas commercial centre which hosts a large selection of bars, shops, restaurants and Banks and only 10 minutes from the new marina where there are some lovely restaurants situated on the sea front.  Terrazas de la paz is a very peaceful complex with 2 heated swimming pools where you can relax and enjoy the sea views.  The apartments are privately owned and the owners have taken time to furnish the apartments to a high standard with all amenities including a washing machine, microwave, etc.  There is also English T.V. One of the apartments has recently had air conditioning fitted.   A one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people.
