JDH Property Management is part of the Tasquita S.L. Group – a local, English owned company specialising in Estate Agency and Property Management in the South of Tenerife.
The group comprises JDH Property Management, which provides a complete range of property management services for holiday rentals, and Los Abrigos Properties which covers residential and commercial Estate Agency, long term rentals and management.
The management team has an extensive knowledge of Tenerife and in recent years has lived permanently in Los Abrigos. This gives us a wealth of local knowledge enabling us to ensure that everyone’s needs, both Owner’s and Client’s, are met to the highest standards.
For our Owners, we are available to help right from the start, from your first thoughts about renting your property to managing and maintenance - and as the first point contact for your Clients requiring assistence during their stay.
